If you sat your exam and didn’t get that big green thumbs up on your screen, we’ll personally refund your exam fee so you can try again.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have:

Failed your CBR theory exam
Completed the entire TCN theory course in the correct order
Answered all the practice exam questions after each chapter and had at least 80% correct in one attempt
Passed at least three different practice exams in a row before taking the CBR test
Used the same name on theorycollege.nl and in your CBR exam registration
